RN / LPN Home Health Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Payson, AZ, to provide one-on-one medical care for infants, children, and adolescents in home settings. Positions are available for full-time and part-time shifts, with a pay range of $28 – $42 per hour.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing and addressing medical needs as per the care plan.
• Administering medications and treatments.
• Coordinating care and educating families.
• Implementing preventative care initiatives.
