Job Description

We are seeking full-time, experienced Physical Therapist Assistants to join our team in a collaborative environment. The role involves providing physical therapy services under the supervision of a physical therapist, implementing patient interventions, and ensuring safety and comfort. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with patient observations and identifying therapy needs.
• Performing therapeutic procedures and maintaining patient records.
• Communicating effectively with patients and team members.
• Participating in discharge planning and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications include an Associate’s degree in physical therapy and valid VA state licensure. Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate patients are essential.
