We are seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct speech therapy care in a long-term and post-acute care facility.

**Requirements:**
Master’s degree in speech therapy from an accredited program
ASHA certification or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year
Active state license in good standing
Preferred: 1 year experience in post-acute care
CPR certification required
**Key Responsibilities:**
Develop and modify patient therapy goals
Maintain professional relationships and confidentiality
Participate in community health projects
Utilize therapy software and chart patient progress
Exhibit excellent customer service and teamwork
