Registered Nurse PreOp PACU I, Pool – Lakeside Ambulatory Surgery Center

Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the PreOp PACU role. Responsibilities include:

• Assessing preoperative and postoperative patient status.
• Developing and implementing individualized perianesthesia care plans.
• Managing patient recovery from various anesthesia types.
• Administering medications and providing pain management.
• Educating patients and their support persons on care processes.
• Documenting nursing care and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Qualifications include a nursing degree, one year of PreOp or PACU experience, and current state licensure. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required within 90 days of employment. Salary ranges from USD $23.22 to $41.39 per hour.
