Job Description

The RN Clinical Nurse at ThedaCare is responsible for delivering patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care through collaboration with an interprofessional team. Key responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, demonstrating clinical expertise, and improving patient experiences while ensuring high-quality outcomes. The role emphasizes a culture of innovation, professional development, and mentorship within the nursing team.

Qualifications:

• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure
• Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) or commitment to obtain within five years
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and other certifications as required by department

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and other hazards
