We are seeking a full-time Nurse Manager to oversee psychiatric inpatient services at a 13-bed program in Coos Bay, OR. This leadership role involves managing resources to ensure quality, cost-effective care, and compliance with regulatory standards. The Nurse Manager will collaborate with medical staff, establish partnerships, and promote a supportive environment for nursing staff. Candidates should have at least 3 years of nursing management experience in a psychiatric setting, an active Oregon RN license, and a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
