Job Description

We are seeking a Full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team, providing advanced wound care to homebound patients and those in long-term care facilities across Ohio. Our mission is to heal wounds and prevent amputations using innovative technologies, including Artificial Intelligence.

Key Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
• Current NP license and Board Certification
• Prior wound care experience or certification
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform physical exams and wound care procedures
• Document patient diagnoses and treatment plans
• Educate patients and manage their care
