We are seeking a Physical Therapist for our Outpatient Therapy Clinics in Brookfield, available on a pool/as-needed basis. This role requires a minimum of 4 shifts per month, with flexible scheduling during clinic hours (7am-7pm M-Th, 7am-5:30pm F). Responsibilities include evaluating patients, establishing treatment plans, and supervising assistants. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy, current WI licensure, and BLS certification.
