We are hiring licensed therapists for our School-Based Behavioral Health Program in Cuyahoga and Lorain Counties. This full-time position offers a $2,000-$4,000 sign-on/retention bonus, performance bonuses, generous benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or higher and relevant licensure (LSW, LISW, LPC, etc.). Responsibilities include leading a clinical team, conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
