Join a leading not-for-profit healthcare organization offering a Sign-On Bonus of up to $15,000. The role involves preparing and monitoring the sterile field for surgical cases under the guidance of a surgeon and registered nurse. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, Basic Life Support certification, and preferably a Surgical Technologist Program degree. Experience in Open Heart, Neurosurgery, or Hepatobiliary specialties is preferred, with a minimum of 2 years required. The estimated pay range is $31.00 – $37.98 per hour, depending on experience.
