Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Description

We are seeking part-time and full-time Physical Therapists (PT) to provide pediatric home health services. The PT will implement treatment programs for children with physical, neurological, cognitive, and social/emotional disabilities. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, educating families, and ensuring continuity of care post-discharge.
