Job Description
> REF:#6c1d9bac94ba6099This position involves evaluating and treating residents and patients with speech, hearing, swallowing, and cognitive disabilities, adhering to state and federal guidelines.
- Provide direct treatment under a physician’s direction based on a care plan.
- Screen and evaluate residents to develop appropriate care plans.
- Conduct rehabilitative programs to improve communication and cognitive skills.
- Administer and interpret specialized hearing and speech tests.
- Instruct residents and caregivers on monitoring and practicing new skills.
- Maintain accurate patient records and complete required documentation.
- Develop specialized tools and treatments for individual patient needs.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Current state license in Speech Therapy.
- Certification in clinical competency.
- One year of clinical experience preferred.
