Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to perform evaluations and treatments while maintaining high-quality care. Responsibilities include:

• Setting clear, measurable goals tailored to individual patient needs.
• Treating patients with respect, dignity, and privacy.
• Motivating patient participation in therapy.
• Utilizing creative therapy interventions to achieve positive outcomes.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to assess patient needs and develop care plans.
• Documenting patient progress accurately and timely.
• Effectively using the computer system in compliance with company policies.

Applicants for outpatient positions must have an active AHA CPR certification. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K, paid time off, and more. This is a part-time position, requiring availability 5 days a week with rotating weekend on-call duties.
