Casa Esperanza, Inc. seeks a full-time Clinician to provide clinical services in an outpatient mental health clinic, focusing on individuals with co-occurring disorders. The role involves assessing clients’ strengths and needs, developing individualized service plans, and delivering group treatment using evidence-based practices. The Clinician will work collaboratively within a team to ensure integrated care and effective communication among providers.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Experience with psychiatric and substance-using populations.
• Spanish bilingual required.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and community resources.

Compensation: $70,000 – $72,000 annually, with benefits including relocation assistance, sign-on bonus, and comprehensive health coverage.
