Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Description

We are seeking part-time and full-time Physical Therapists (PT) to provide pediatric home health services. The PT will implement treatment programs for children with physical, neurological, cognitive, and social/emotional disabilities, ensuring high-quality care through evaluations, goal setting, and treatment planning.

Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Assist patients in regaining independence through skilled interventions.
• Educate and empower families to integrate therapy into daily routines.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.

Requirements:

• State license and current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.
