Ivory Plains Recovery Center is seeking LPNs for their team in Adair, Iowa, offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus and $3,000 annual tuition assistance. The position includes 12-hour shifts (11am-11pm or 7pm-7am) with a base pay of $24-30 per hour, shift differentials, full benefits after 30 days, and a generous PTO package.
Job Requirements:
Graduation from an approved LPN/Vocational Nursing Program.
Preferred one or more years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
Knowledge of psychotropic medications and administration procedures.
Valid nursing license and CPR/de-escalation certification required.
Job Functions:
Provide individualized nursing care under RN supervision.
Assist in health and psychiatric education for clients and families.
Administer and document medications accurately.
Monitor and report client status changes.
Perform vital signs and other nursing tasks as needed.
