Job Description

We are seeking full-time RNs to join our hospice team in Espanola, offering up to $39.00 hourly, immediate openings, mileage reimbursement, and a 401k match.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage patient and family caseloads, including assessments and care planning
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and physicians
• Perform clinical pronouncement of death and support families
• Maintain accurate patient records and supervise Home Health Aides

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Licensed RN in the state of practice
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required
