Job Summary:
Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and delivering quality nursing care to a designated group of patients. Supervises LVN/LPNs, nursing assistants, and other staff, and may act as charge nurse. Care provided spans various age groups, including adolescents, adults, and pediatrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update comprehensive nursing care plans.
  • Implement and evaluate patient care based on established plans.
  • Educate patients and families on health-related topics.
  • Maintain effective communication with the healthcare team.
  • Ensure patient safety and compliance with healthcare regulations.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
  • 6 months to 1 year of RN experience required.
  • BLS certification and active RN license required.
