RN / Registered Nurse – Infusion

Job Description

We are seeking home infusion nurses to provide 1:1 care for specialty infusion patients in their homes. Our company focuses on delivering complex pharmaceutical products and exceptional clinical services outside of hospital settings. Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care and adhere to relevant policies and standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.
• Manage vascular access devices and educate patients and caregivers.
• Evaluate patient progress and coordinate care with community agencies.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Valid nursing license and at least one year of RN experience.
• Experience in infusion and IV therapy preferred.
• Current CPR certification and valid driver’s license required.
