Job Description

Position: Physical Therapist (Per Diem) – $50.00/hour with differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct individualized evaluations and develop treatment plans under physician guidance.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in compliance with the Physical Therapy Code of Ethics.
• Complete timely documentation and letters for Durable Medical Equipment.
• Delegate tasks to assistants and manage a full caseload.
• Participate in team and family conferences and enhance education through ongoing learning.

Prerequisites:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current Massachusetts licensure or application pending.
• Preferred APTA membership and BLS certification.
• Experience in adult and geriatric rehabilitation.
