Primary Function: Deliver patient care through assessment, prioritization of needs, and evaluation of nursing outcomes while coordinating care and patient education.
Essential Job Functions: Collaborate with the care team for patient assessments, treatment planning, medication administration, and quality improvement initiatives.
Skills Required:
- Contemporary nursing knowledge

Certifications: Valid nursing license (required), BLS certification (preferred).
Education: Associate’s or Diploma in Nursing (required); Bachelor’s in Nursing (preferred).
