> REF:#6861900ae055ddbcJoin our Early Intervention programs, providing essential services to families with children aged birth to 3 years facing developmental delays. We offer Full Time, Part Time, and FFS positions with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Understand infant-toddler development and utilize a parent coaching model.
- Participate in screenings, assessments, and home visits as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
- Collaborate with community providers for continuity of care.
- Coordinate Individual Family Service Plans for assigned caseloads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy and current licensure in Massachusetts.
- Preferred two years of pediatric experience.
- Effective communication skills and proficiency in Office365.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
