Early Intervention Occupational Therapist

Job Description

Join our Early Intervention programs, providing essential services to families with children aged birth to 3 years facing developmental delays. We offer Full Time, Part Time, and FFS positions with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Understand infant-toddler development and utilize a parent coaching model.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, and home visits as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Collaborate with community providers for continuity of care.
• Coordinate Individual Family Service Plans for assigned caseloads.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and current licensure in Massachusetts.
• Preferred two years of pediatric experience.
• Effective communication skills and proficiency in Office365.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
