We are seeking a Director of Behavioral Health for a 12-bed inpatient program at Chambers Memorial Hospital in Danville, AR. This strategic role involves collaboration with hospital leadership to develop a respected program for the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach staff
• Manage budgeting and financials
• Develop referrals
• Ensure compliance
• Resource establishment for program goals
• Personnel management
• Program analysis and evaluation

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree preferred; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience accepted
• 3+ years in a successful inpatient behavioral health program
• Knowledge of State, CMS, and TJC standards
