We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Nursing for a 220-bed skilled nursing facility in Erie County, NY. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in long-term care, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience in training clinical staff. Responsibilities include assisting the Director of Nursing, conducting wound/skin rounds, ensuring compliance, and overseeing staffing processes.

Requirements:

• Current NY RN license
• Interest in geriatrics
• 2 years management experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
