Job Description

The Medical Laboratory Technician III (MLT III) performs moderate to high complexity testing to assist in disease diagnosis and treatment, under the guidance of a qualified Medical Technologist. Responsibilities include direct patient contact for procedures like phlebotomy, troubleshooting instrumentation, and ensuring quality control. The MLT III may also serve as a primary contact for medical personnel, assist in training new staff, and support performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements include an Associate’s degree in a relevant field or military training, with certification preferred but not mandatory. The position is full-time, night shift, with rotating weekends and no travel required.
