Job Description

The Related Service Provider (RSP) Manager for Speech Language Pathology & Audiology will oversee service provider assignments and evaluations within Chicago Public Schools (CPS). This role involves training, recruitment, and scheduling of related service providers, as well as data analysis to enhance student achievement. The RSP Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to improve programs and ensure compliance with IDEA and Section 504. Candidates should have a Master’s degree, relevant licensure, and at least five years of experience in a related field, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

• Education: Master’s degree required; Doctorate preferred.
• Experience: Minimum five years as a related service provider; three years in management.
• Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
