Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN, LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for the Parkview Healthcare Facility, a 78-bed skilled nursing facility in Bolivar, MO, including a memory care unit.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent resident care
  • Safe medication administration
  • Conducting resident assessments
  • Monitoring Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Facilitating admissions and discharges

    • This is a PRN position with evening shifts (6a – 2p). Requirements include an Associate’s degree, patient care experience, and a valid LPN or LVN license.
