We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Longmont, Colorado, offering a competitive salary of $76,000 – $85,000, with potential bonuses up to $18,000 annually and paid relocation up to $10,000.

Your Role:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Mentor and guide RBTs and staff.
• Collaborate with families and professionals for comprehensive care.
