The RN Clinical Staff Leader (CSL) is a key managerial position responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and fostering a culture of excellence within the nursing team. This full-time night shift role (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) requires strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Candidates must be licensed as a Registered Nurse with two years of experience and Basic Life Support certification. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
