Northwood Children’s Services is seeking a Counselor with a Bachelor’s Degree for full-time or part-time roles at various locations. Counselors will oversee students’ daily care, teaching coping, communication, and social skills while fostering a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of college or 4 years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    • Pay Incentives:

  • Starting pay: $19.25/hour, with annual performance-based increases and potential cash incentives for training completion.
