We are seeking compassionate nurses to coordinate care at our facility, working alongside Nursing Assistants and Medication Assistants. Immediate full-time openings are available, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus and additional pay for evening and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care in long-term, memory, and transitional care units.
- Supervise and support Nursing Assistants to ensure high-quality care.
- Conduct assessments and update care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance resident care.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in Washington State.
- Minimum one year of nursing experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
