Job Summary:
The Nurse provides independent, routine, and complex care in a clinical setting, demonstrating awareness of various patient needs and managing clinical situations effectively. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process for patient care, addressing psychological and social needs, administering treatments, and documenting care provided.

Core Competencies:
– Utilizes the nursing process for assessment and care planning.
– Facilitates patient flow and discharge processes.
– Directs nursing operations and ensures proper equipment use.
– Promotes patient safety and engages in quality improvement activities.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
– 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
– BLS certification and RN license required.
– STABLE and NRP certifications needed within specified timeframes.
