Job Description

Summary: The Nurse operates independently in a clinical setting, providing both routine and complex care while managing long-term goals. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process for patient care, addressing complex needs, administering treatments, documenting care, and educating patients and families.

Core Competencies:

• Utilizes the nursing process effectively.
• Facilitates patient flow and discharge processes.
• Plans and evaluates nursing care in assigned units.
• Ensures patient safety and quality care.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred, 1 year of experience, RN license, and BLS certification. Full-time position with a schedule of 5 days, 8 hours each.
