Position: Registered Nurse

Overview: The Registered Nurse provides direct and indirect care to clients in their homes, focusing on health maintenance and disease prevention. Responsibilities include supervising caregivers, documenting care, administering medications, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled nursing care per physician’s orders.
• Document health status and communicate with families and physicians.
• Provide health education and self-care training to clients.
• Conduct assessments and report incidents as per standards.
• Ensure medication management and compliance with policies.
• Participate in training and staff meetings.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Nursing and current state license.
• Preferred experience in home health care and medication administration.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

Salary: $37.00/hour
