Certified Respiratory Therapist, Respiratory Resp Therapy – PRN

Job Description

Summary:
Responsible for providing pulmonary care to critical, non-critical, and chronically ill patients of all ages under physician supervision. Conducts various respiratory therapy procedures and patient assessments, implementing care plans as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Emergency response (Code Blue and White)
• Airway management and suctioning
• Delivery of aerosolized medications
• Ventilator setup and operation
• Oxygen delivery and monitoring
• Blood gas collection and analysis
• Documentation and equipment maintenance
• May serve as Shift or Team Leader
• Advanced skills may include pulmonary function testing and bronchoscopy assistance.

Requirements:
• RCP License, BLS, CRT, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• 2-3 years of experience preferred.
