Job Description

We are a Group Home Care Facility with locations in Brooklyn Park, Maple Grove, Brooklyn Center, and Bloomington, seeking RN’s and LPN’s for 12-hour shifts starting at 7am or 7pm.

• Responsibilities include providing daily care, administering medications, monitoring patient symptoms, and maintaining medical records.
• Candidates should have nursing experience, familiarity with medical software, and strong problem-solving skills.
• We offer competitive pay ($28.67 – $44.00 per hour), medical benefits, 401(k) matching, paid training, and flexible scheduling.
• Full-time employees must work every other weekend to qualify for benefits.
• Preferred qualifications include an Associate degree and BLS certification.

Relocation to Brooklyn Park, MN is required before starting work.
