Primary Function: Provide patient care through assessment, prioritization of needs, and evaluation of nursing outcomes while coordinating care with health team members.

Essential Job Functions:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications safely and coordinate care across departments.
• Advocate for patient safety and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of nursing practices and patient care delivery.
• Effective communication and interprofessional collaboration.
• Compassionate approach to patient care and health promotion.

Certifications: Valid nursing license and BLS certification preferred.

Education: Associate’s degree or diploma in nursing required; BSN preferred.
