Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) – Skilled Nursing Facility

Location: Medford, OR

Weekly Pay: $2263.39

Employment Type: Travel

Shift: 8 Hour Shift

Job Summary: Seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide therapy and rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, creating individualized treatment plans, and documenting progress.

Requirements:

  • Active state OT license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • 6 months of OT experience within the last 5 years
