Job Description

The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for conducting and supervising physical therapy programs to help patients achieve maximum physical performance and prevent disability. Key duties include:

• Providing direct treatment based on physician’s orders.
• Evaluating patients and supervising therapy treatments.
• Recording patient responses and adjusting treatment as needed.
• Communicating with healthcare teams and training families in rehabilitation techniques.
• Assisting in goal setting and home adaptations for patients.
• Providing in-service education to healthcare staff.

Qualifications include a degree from an accredited physical therapy program and a valid state license. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off, located in South Williamson, KY.
