Role Description: Seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in a supportive team environment. Focus on quality care over service volume, with opportunities for new graduates and potential for Center Medical Director roles.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose patients
- Oversee primary care administration
- Prescribe treatments and maintain medical records
- Collaborate to meet health quality goals
Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O. Graduate
- Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine
- Bilingual in Spanish
