Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Job Description

We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

• Flexible hours with the potential to earn $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, averaging 6-9 visits daily at $80 per assessment.
• Opportunity to increase per-visit rates by up to 160% and earn additional compensation through a pay-per-test model.
• Shifts available Monday to Sunday, with no night or weekend work required.
• Independent contractor status with flexible scheduling and pre-scheduled visits.
• Malpractice coverage and potential travel reimbursements available.
• Must have a state license and a Master’s degree; Illinois Nurse Practitioner License preferred.
