Position: Director of Behavioral Health Services

We are seeking a full-time Director to oversee an 18-bed adult behavioral health program. This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in hospital-based behavioral health operations. The Director will serve as the operational expert, ensuring compliance with Massachusetts regulations, enhancing physician engagement, and driving patient care excellence. Responsibilities include recruiting staff, managing budgets, and collaborating with leadership to improve organizational performance. A Master’s degree is preferred, along with experience in process improvement and state regulatory oversight.
