- Assessing patients with conditions like aphasia, dysarthria, and dysphagia.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Monitoring treatment progress and making necessary adjustments.
- Beginning to specialize in complex disorders and providing education to patients and families.
- Participating in quality assurance activities and assisting less experienced staff.
Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, 3-5 years of licensure, and a current NC Speech Language Pathology License.
