Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Full-Time

Job Description

Belmont Behavioral Health System is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services in the Specialty Pediatric Unit. The BCBA will implement ABA programming, supervise staff, train new employees, and conduct assessments. Responsibilities include facilitating team meetings, participating in performance improvement, and adhering to hospital policies. Candidates must have a Master’s degree in a related field, experience with Behavior Intervention Plans, and strong communication skills. A BCBA certification is preferred, along with CPR and de-escalation training. Flexibility in scheduling is required.
