We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our ICF Department, dedicated to providing high-quality care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments to residents.
Monitor and document health status and progress.
Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
Collaborate with healthcare team members for comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
Valid LPN license in Tennessee.
Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an ICF.
Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
