- Performing administrative and clinical tasks under supervision.
- Coordinating patient appointments and preparing patients for examinations.
- Measuring vital signs, recording patient histories, and providing education on medications and treatments.
- Assisting physicians during exams and performing lab tests, EKGs, and basic first aid.
- Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications include a Medical Assistant Certification, BLS certification, and preferably 6 months of experience in a physician’s office, with urology experience being a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
