We are seeking a Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide direct nursing and personal care to residents, supervise nursing assistants, and support daily living activities to ensure residents’ health and safety.
Essential Duties:
Monitor residents’ conditions and assess their needs for optimal care.
Prepare and administer medications as prescribed.
Perform routine charting in accordance with policies.
Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents.

Qualifications:
Nursing degree or approved LPN program with pharmacology.
Current Illinois RN or LPN license required.
