Position Summary: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides routine nursing care under the direction of nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
Qualifications:
Must be a certified nursing assistant (CNA).
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Must possess patience, tact, and a cheerful disposition.
General Duties:
Prepare and transport residents for various activities.
Respond promptly to residents’ call lights.
Assist with hygiene and bathing as per facility procedures.
Follow infection control protocols.
Document required information each shift.
Maintain a professional image and protect resident rights.
