Job Description

We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Philadelphia, PA, to provide direct, one-on-one medical care for infants, children, and adolescents in their homes. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with a pay range of $60,000-$72,000. Responsibilities include:

• Assessing and addressing medical needs according to care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments.
• Coordinating care and educating families.
• Implementing preventative care initiatives.
