Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Dietitian to enhance the well-being of residents at a skilled nursing home facility in New Bloomfield, PA. This flexible, part-time position (30 hours/week) involves:

• Conducting dietary assessments and creating individualized care plans.
• Collaborating with residents and families to refine care plans.
• Guiding dietary staff in implementing care plans.
• Documenting special equipment needs and analyzing patient charts for nutrition therapy.
